The 3/8 in 740 Carbonated Beverage Backflow Preventer with vent and integral strainer is utilized in both carbonated and non-carbonated beverage dispensing systems to eliminate carbon dioxide gas or carbonated water from coming into contact with the copper potable water supply line. Primarily installed in vending machine supply lines, it can be installed vertically or horizontally for added versatility and convenience. Features of the 740 include an integral strainer to prevent check fouling caused by unwanted debris.
